Integrating with Zoom

Our Zoom integration allows you to automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting when someone schedules time on your calendar.

Connecting your Zoom account

To connect your Zoom account to EasyCal, click on Integrations > Zoom > Connect Zoom for myself

Once your account is connected, you can choose it as a meeting location on your event types.

When someone books a meeting with you, EasyCal will automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting with a unique meeting ID for that event. We'll include instructions for joining the call in the email confirmation sent to all attendees.

Disconnecting your Zoom account

If you'd like to disconnect your Zoom account from EasyCal, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Integrations > Zoom, then click Disconnect on the Zoom app.
  2. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  3. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search the EasyCal app.
  4. Click the EasyCal app.
  5. Click Uninstall
